Terms
Terms of use and service boundaries.
These terms describe use of the Razeggi website and the record-preparation services presented here. The service is narrow by design: sorting, labeling, organizing, and summarizing freelancer records so a qualified tax professional can review a clearer packet. The site does not sell tax return preparation, legal advice, accounting advice, investment advice, agency representation, payroll operation, or bookkeeping certification.
Website use
Visitors may read service descriptions, prices, hours, policy pages, and location information for ordinary business evaluation. Visitors may not scrape the site, impersonate the business, interfere with availability, upload hostile files through any form field, or rely on marketing copy as a professional opinion. The site is written for U.S. freelancers who need record organization before professional review.
Service scope
Record-preparation work may include intake sorting, source labeling, duplicate checks, missing-item lists, receipt grouping, payment export review, invoice matching, mileage-note organization, and a plain handoff summary. The work does not include preparing or filing returns, signing forms, choosing deductions, making refund estimates, recommending tax positions, providing legal advice, acting as a certified public accountant, acting as an enrolled agent, or representing a person before the Internal Revenue Service or any state agency.
Client materials
Clients remain responsible for the accuracy, completeness, ownership, and lawful use of all records they provide. The desk may organize materials into categories, but that organization is not a determination that an item is deductible, taxable, reimbursable, ordinary, necessary, allowable, or legally sufficient. Unclear records may be flagged as questions. Missing records may be listed as gaps. Those notes are practical organization aids, not professional conclusions.
Prices and estimates
Published prices describe common starting scopes and may change when the volume, condition, or complexity of records is materially different from the ordinary examples. A price shown on this site is not a promise that a final packet will require a particular number of hours. The desk may decline work that appears to require licensed professional judgment beyond the record-prep boundary.
No outcome promises
No statement on this site promises a refund, tax savings, agency acceptance, audit result, penalty result, filing result, business deduction, or financial outcome. Any professional outcome depends on facts, law, documentation, timing, and the judgment of the credentialed professional engaged by the freelancer. The desk preserves questions instead of hiding them.
Email-first intake
The site uses an email draft workflow so the visitor can review a written request before sending it. A submitted note is not accepted work until the business reviews the request, confirms scope, and agrees to proceed. Sensitive records should not be sent until the business provides appropriate instructions for the chosen scope.
Location information
The office address is provided for local reference and visit planning. Hours and access notes may change due to holidays, building operations, or staff availability. Map displays are supplied by Google Maps and may show nearby landmarks, transit references, or third-party location information outside the control of the business.
Cancellation and refunds
Refund and cancellation terms are explained on the returns policy. In general, completed record-organization time is not treated like an unused physical product. A fair adjustment may be considered when a paid scope has not begun, when duplicate payment is confirmed, or when the business cannot perform the agreed work.
Intellectual property
The site text, layout, service descriptions, photographs, and compiled materials are provided for evaluating this business. Visitors may not copy the site as a competing service, reuse the structure as a confusing imitation, or remove notices from downloaded materials. Clients keep ownership of their own records.
Limitations
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the website is provided as general business information. The business is not liable for decisions made from incomplete records, professional advice obtained elsewhere, missed filing dates, agency actions, or losses caused by materials the client failed to provide. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so those limits apply only where lawful.
Governing principles
These terms are written for a U.S. local business operating in Oregon. Consumer rights, privacy rights, electronic communication rules, and service-contract rules may provide additional protections that cannot be waived. If a term conflicts with a non-waivable right, the non-waivable right controls and the remaining terms continue to apply.
Policy questions
Questions about these terms can be sent through the primary navigation item labeled Contacts. The business may update these terms as services, office practices, or legal requirements change. The version posted on this site controls website use after it is published.
