Refund and cancellation policy.

Record-prep services are time-based and document-based, so they are handled differently from returned merchandise. A fair adjustment may be available when a paid scope has not started, a duplicate payment is confirmed, or the business cannot complete the agreed work.

Work already performed, including sorting, labeling, review notes, packet preparation, and summary writing, is generally not refundable once delivered or substantially underway.

Clients should review the confirmed scope before sending sensitive records. If the materials show that the request requires licensed professional judgment outside the desk boundary, the business may decline or narrow the work before beginning.
